In a constant drive towards operational excellence, SLFE has established a dedicated training, learning and development department/center with the aim of enriching competencies and know-how to offer high value services to our clients. With that in mind, SLFE provides both in-house and external courses to our employees, including language training, hard skills/technical workshops as well as management and soft skills seminars.
To meet its long term social and economic objectives, SLFE is committed to attracting qualified local talent through its saudization plan which includes recruitment, training and development programs. In 2015, SLFE established the “USUS Program” with the objective of developing high potential Saudi Arab employees. Under this program, sponsored by our president, SLFE ensures that we provide the selected participants the tools they need to develop the necessary knowledge, skills and competencies that will support their career and help SLFE meet its strategic goals. This effective program allows these professionals to pursue the required capability development that will lead them to becoming tomorrow’s leaders.
